The staff is great, the customer service level is at a high level. They pay attention to details, it was my bday during our stay and I found in the room a bday card and cake (complimentary). The hotel is located in banking district area, a safe area to walk around even late in night. The trip to/from IST Int. Airport takes about 40' (by taxi), which is a good thing, considering that Istanbul is a huge city (btw., we were using the transfer service provided through Booking and we had a positive experience). The breakfast is excellent, with many options to choose from.

The hotel is amazing, we enjoyed free access to SPA (pool, gym, turkish bath, sauna), I also tried paid Balanise massage and it was amazing . the staff are super friendly, welcoming and professional. the food is very tasty. the room is spacious and clean. I will definitely repeat the experience. the manager has check in on us to welcome us and left a letter of welcome with sweets. very lovely. Also, it is close to alot of bus stations.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and I am planning to come back very soon. It was so good that I extended my stay with my family for an extra 4 nights. The breakfast buffet was lovely, wide variety of food and the staff were always on hand to serve you.
